Manage to Lead Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and the CliftonStrengths code participants receive when registering, registrations are nonrefundable. If a registrant is unable to attend at the last minute, the reservation can be transferred to a future date the program is being held. Registrations are also transferrable between participants within the same company for a fee of $25 (plus 3% credit card fee) to cover the cost of the additional CliftonStrengths assessment.

Photo/Video Release

During our programs, a professional photographer may be present to take photos and/or video to be used for advertisement purposes on the hosting company’s website, in marketing materials, social media, or within promotional presentations. No clips containing any personal information of any kind will be used publicly. When you register for a program, you acknowledge you agree to these terms. If you do not wish to be featured, please contact us at brooke@brookeoc.com.
