Under no circumstances is your data ever sold or rented to a third party.

What data we collect and where it’s kept:

If you book a workshop, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and payment details through the Squarespace scheduling platform Acuity Scheduling. Your payment details are processed by Stripe, our payment processing provider, but it does not store your payment details. Some of our programs include the use of the CliftonStrengths assessment tool. As a participant, your personal results are shared with you to use at your discretion during the program. You personal information will not be shared, sold, or used in any instance outside of the program for which you have registered.

We may use automatic data collection technologies including Google Analytics to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. This will generally include information about your location, your traffic pattern through the website, and any communications between your computer and the website.  Among other things, we may collect data about the type of computer you use, your Internet connection, your IP address, your operating system, and your browser type.

The information collected automatically is used for statistical data and will not include personal information. This data is used to improve the website and our service offerings. To the extent that you voluntarily provide personal information, our systems will associate the automatically collected information with your personal information.

As a visitor to this website, you can engage in most activities without providing any personal information. It is only when you seek to download resources and/or register for services that you are required to provide information.

Why we need your data and how we use it:

We need to know this basic personal data in order to contact you regarding your product or service, and to monitor your progress.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online and via telephone.
