MEET THE PRESIDENT

Brooke Linn

Brooke Linn is an organizational consultant and executive coach who has been helping businesses create high performing teams that thrive for almost ten years. She is an associate certified professional coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Gallup-Certified Manager and CliftonStrengths coach, a DiSC and Working Genius certified facilitator, and a certified practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). She has been trained as a super user for the Gallup Q12 employee engagement tool and was a CAPAPro member with Patrick Lencioni and the Table Group for two years studying various aspects of organizational health and strategy. She uses her training and certifications to help organizations optimize team performance, reach record levels of employee and customer engagement, and create a vision for the future to increase retention rates. With a variety of strategies, Brooke strives to help her clients become leaders in many ways in their given industries.

Previously, Brooke has served as the Executive Director of Learning & Talent Development for the Purdue for Life Foundation, where she created and implemented professional development training programs at all levels. Her Talent Development department focused on effective onboarding, employee engagement, managerial and leadership development, and the development of technical fundraising skills. She has also served at Purdue University in the Daniels School of Business as the Professional Career Management course coordinator and as a career coach, and in the College of Pharmacy as an academic advisor. Prior to the start of her career at Purdue, she worked as a literacy coach, reading interventionist, and second grade teacher for the Crawfordsville School Corporation. 

Brooke is a proud 2004 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Elementary Education; she obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing Popular Fiction in 2011 from Seton Hill University. Outside of her consulting business and career at Purdue, Brooke is a professional writer for children's and young adult literature. Her first book, BoilerMAKER: Discovering Purdue University, was published in November of 2014. Brooke is originally from Kentland, Indiana, and has lived in the greater Lafayette area since 2006 with her son, Noah.
