Brooke conceptualized and implemented Talent Development at Purdue for Life. She developed two of our signature programs, Foundations of Advancement and Mastering Management, both of which provide a strong foundation for new employees and new managers and give our fundraising professionals CFRE continuing education credit. Purdue has a rich history of using CliftonStrengths to develop students, faculty, and staff across its persistent pursuit of excellence. Building on Purdue for Life’s core values and desire to be a workplace of choice, Brooke worked with our senior leadership to launch the Gallup Q12 Employee Engagement Survey and rollout key strategies that allowed the organization to see consistent and marked growth year-over-year.
