  • Managing people is different from leadership. This is one of the first lessons I learned through Brooke’s teachings. Hi, I’m Brooke.

Mindset Culture Coaching aims to serve organizations who are facing the challenge of employee engagement and retention. Using a variety of strategies and tools including the Q12 survey and CliftonStrengths assessment (Gallup), I work with leadership teams to identify areas of strength, pinpoint gaps, evaluate potential and performance, and design action plans customized to each group. My goal is to equip leaders and managers with the right tools to build high performing teams comprised of engaged employees who have a genuine love for what they do.
